The service of 'virtual reality session' is provided on a first come first served basis, with the exception of prepaid bookings which will be given first priority.
The VR Club allows rescheduling up to 3 hours before the booking time. Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment. For cancellations without 24 hours warning, payments will not be refunded. To reschedule or cancel a booking please email us.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your reservation start time. Late arrivals will only be entitled to the amount of time remaining from the start of the reservation. Time extensions may be subject to an additional charge, and are subject to availability.
As a highly immersive activity VR players may sometimes experience the physical sensations of the simulated events. VR should not be attempted by players with serious medical conditions such as heart conditions, vision impairment, or have a medical implant.
Players who experience excessive dizziness, tiredness, vertigo, motion sickness, or any incontinence should remove the headset and take a break. If the player is under 18 the permission of a parent or guardian may be required for access to age restricted material. It is the sole responsibility of the player or parent/guardian to decide if action regarding these issues may be necessary.
Virtual reality is not suitable for children under the age of 6, and The VR Club reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
If any damage is caused to The VR Club or a third parties’ property by a player or parent/guardian, they may be held accountable for compensation.
By agreeing to these terms, the player and/or parent or guardian waives the right to hold The VR Club responsible for any injury or other liabilities which may occur during the VR session and agrees that their participation is entirely voluntary.
